  • Couples receive five full days of access from Wednesday through Sunday — for setup, celebration, and tear-down, so there’s no need to rush.

  • Our barn comfortably hosts up to 150 guests, offering plenty of room for dining, dancing, and celebrating.

  • We understand plans can change. Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.

  • We love the warm glow of candlelight! Real candles are permitted during the reception as long as they’re safely enclosed in glass containers such as lanterns or votives. For safety reasons, all candles must be removed before the dance begins to ensure a worry-free celebration for everyone
