We will be forever grateful to Jeff and everyone at Parker’s Barn. 

When we imagined our wedding day, we pictured it on Eden Lake—my wife’s cherished family property, filled with childhood memories and deeply meaningful to both of us. Our wedding date, July 22, was chosen with purpose: it was the same day her grandparents were married. With both of them having recently passed, saying our vows on that day felt more important than ever. But nature had other plans. The night before, one of the worst rainstorms in Nova Scotia’s history hit—floods, road washouts, and devastation across the province. Our outdoor wedding was no longer possible. We had no Plan B. With panic setting in, we made a call at 8:00 a.m. on the morning of our wedding—just praying for a miracle.

That miracle was Parker’s Barn.

Jeff answered the phone, and with calm reassurance, told us to give them two hours. By some incredible stroke of luck, they’d had a cancellation. Without hesitation, they opened their doors and hearts to us. We moved everything—food, guests, flowers—and by 3:00 p.m., we were standing at the altar, saying “I do” like it was always meant to be there.

The Parker’s Barn team went above and beyond in every sense. They didn’t just provide a venue—they gave us the gift of our wedding day. Their kindness, professionalism, and quick action turned what could’ve been a disaster into something truly magical.

Parkers Barn is the best venue in the county!!!!

Jeff and team go above and beyond in every single aspect to make sure your day goes perfect! 

We had a massive error with our food venue. Jeff was instantly on the ball to provide service to pick up additional food and pay for it upfront for us to then pay him the following day, taking major stress off the bride and groom. 

We attended a wedding in 2018 at this venue and instantly knew we would be getting married here one day. Parkers has added so much more to their venue since then. I look forward to what they continue to add to this unreal location. I HIGHLY recommend this venue! They have EVERYTHING you need plus more for the day of. Beautiful landscape, great dance floor and extremely clean!

Nothing short of extraordinary

Our experience getting married at Parker’s Barn was nothing short of extraordinary. From the time we toured the venue for the first time, to cleaning up the space the morning after our wedding, Jeff and the staff were unbelievably accommodating. As the planning and set up was being discussed, any of the little details I brought up, from setting up our dessert table, to having a backup “rain plan” and executing it, the barn staff handled it all. I cannot express how amazing it was to not have to worry about the little details leading up to the day, or on the day itself. It was completely stress free and we got to really enjoy our special day. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and would do anything they could to support with bringing our vision to life. We had a perfect day and we cannot thank the staff at Parker’s Barn enough. I highly recommend their venue. They are the absolute best!

Everything was perfect

From the planning process and set up to the actual big day, everything was perfect. When other vendors dropped the ball or the weather kept us on our toes, Jeff and the team handled it all and kept things stress free. They truly go above and beyond for their couples and we look forward to attending weddings at Parker's Barn in the future!

The day of our ceremony we had absolutely nothing to worry about.

We had our wedding at Parker’s Barn on July 13th, 2024. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. The property is stunning with multiple options of places to have the ceremony, we chose to have ours beside the barn with the beautiful garden in the background. The staff were extremely helpful and had so much to offer, from tables, chairs, decorations, multiple arch’s and so much more. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and helped us problem solve along the way. From the setting up, to the ceremony and the clean up the next day, they made sure we had everything we needed. The day of our ceremony we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The entire staff truly care about the bride and groom and go above and beyond. They made sure our wedding was one to remember. We have recommended Parker’s Barn as a wedding venue to anyone we talk to that’s planning a wedding!

We are just hoping that someone we know gets married there so we can go to another Parker’s barn wedding!!

My hubby and I got married at Parker’s Barn in September 2023. My mom had heard through the grapevine how incredible and beautiful Parker’s barn was, so she insisted we go visit. Well after visiting (in the winter!! Haha) and with such a warm welcome from Jeff & his family we KNEW we had to get married here!! The help, the kindness, the caring and the fact that they have an INCREDIBLE space truly makes this venue absolutely incredible! We had the perfect day, and so much ease with setting things up prior to the wedding if day! I can’t say enough good things about Jeff & Parker’s Barn!! Our guest had the best time & it truly was the perfect day! We are just hoping that someone we know gets married there so we can go to another Parker’s barn wedding!!

The moment John and I toured Parker’s Barn for our wedding venue, we instantly knew it was everything we wanted and our dream venue. Jeff and his team worked endlessly making all our versions come to life and they worked with our wedding designers perfectly. Jeff and Parker’s Barn crew made sure everything ran smoothly from the week leading up to the wedding to the day of. They were beyond reliable. They were always available to help us and support us. 

The venue, the property and the Parker’s Barn crew’s passion, knowledge and enthusiasm are unbeatable and unmatched. Huge shoutout to Jeff for always responding to my (numerous) emails. 

Our dream wedding became a reality at Parker’s Barn. We will always look fondly at our special day. We highly recommend this venue; you will not be disappointed.

Where to begin.

Jeff and the crew at Parker’s Barn saved the day for our wedding.
We had planned a backyard wedding, and with no back up plan 2 weeks before our big day, I called and they miraculously had a cancellation! I was able to tentatively book then and they were so accommodating, giving me a last minute option for venue change. Thursday came and Saturdays weather was calling for 40-80mm of rain!
We changed venues 2 days before the wedding.
They helped set up, navigate parking, handled the caterer, fluffed my dress for walking down the isle, helped clean up and tear down! I cannot express my gratitude towards them and they’re hospitality! Would HIGHLY recommend this venue for your wedding or any other event!

I got married at Parker’s Barn in June 2018, and to this day, I still smile thinking about how beautiful everything was. The venue itself is absolutely stunning — rustic, charming, and surrounded by the kind of peaceful scenery that makes you want to freeze time.

Jeff and his team were truly incredible. As every bride knows, even with the best planning, there are always a few hiccups on the big day — and we definitely had a couple. But Jeff and his team handled everything with such calm professionalism that I didn’t even have time to stress about it. Things were resolved quickly, quietly, and with such care that most of our guests probably had no idea anything had gone wrong at all.

It was amazing to be able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about the behind-the-scenes. Thanks to Jeff and his team, our wedding day unfolded beautifully!

To say we were in love with the look of the place is an understatement

My wife and I got married at parkers barn on august 16th 2025, to say we were in love with the look of the place is an understatement, the barn has a very nice rustic vibe that is also elegant and the perfect aesthetic for what we were looking for, the amount of decorations, tables, chairs and everything else you could think you may need was so helpful and truly took one of the biggest stresses off our shoulders, the staff worked tirelessly the whole week of our wedding to ensure everything looked perfect and went smooth, and the night of our wedding they were going non stop, assisting with food, cleaning and keeping us from having to worry about everything, we express the biggest thank you to them for everything they did, they truly went above and beyond for us, 10/10 recommend

How incredible the experience was

We had our wedding at Parker’s Barn and I genuinely don’t have enough words to describe how incredible the experience was. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking—stunning views, beautiful layout, and a perfect mix of rustic charm and elegance.

But what truly made it unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They were kind, attentive, organized, and genuinely cared about making everything run smoothly. You can tell they love what they do.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous everything was, and neither can we.

Parkers was the perfect venue for our wedding.

Clean, beautiful views, rustic and accommodating. The barn has everything you need. Jeff was there for us 24/7 leading up to our big day to answer any questions we had through out the whole process along with recommendations. Our guests raved about our dance. Many enjoyed socializing around the fire pit & roasting marshmallows.

Was a spectacular intimate setting giving a total love feeling for the whole day!!

It was the perfect setting for our daughters wedding. They were super helpful with set up and cleanup. Was a spectacular intimate setting giving a total love feeling for the whole day!!
