Venue Rental — $6,000 (Tax Included)

At Parker’s Barn, we believe your wedding experience should be relaxed, personal, and completely unforgettable. For a flat rate of $6,000 (tax included), couples receive exclusive access to the entire property for five full days — Wednesday through Sunday. This generous time frame allows you to decorate, rehearse, celebrate, and pack up at your own pace — no rushing, no stress, just time to enjoy every moment.

Your venue rental includes full access to everything Parker’s Barn has to offer, including but not limited to:

  • The beautifully transformed barn for ceremonies and receptions

  • Multiple outdoor ceremony locations across 160 scenic acres

  • Modern washroom facilities, including one fully accessible

  • On-site parking for over 100 vehicles

  • Camping and RV accommodations available for guests

  • Fire pit, s’mores station, and lawn games (washer toss, giant Jenga, bean bag toss, Connect 4, etc.)

  • On-site dedicated support staff throughout your time with us

  • A list of trusted vendor referrals to help make your planning easier

And best of all, a wide variety of décor options are included at no additional cost, featuring: Our décor is continually growing with every passing wedding season.

  • A selection of tables (round, rectangular, cocktail, and accent tables)

  • Chairs and chair covers

  • Elegant head table drapery

  • Multiple arbours and ceremony backdrops

  • Faux floral arrangements and greenery

  • Lanterns, vases, and tea lights for romantic table styling

  • String lights for soft, ambient evening glow

  • Dozens of different ceremony and reception signs — including “Unplugged Ceremony” signs and table numbers

  • Cocktail table linens, barrels, signage, and accent décor

  • Umbrellas and blankets for guest comfort on cold or rainy days

  • Popcorn machine for a fun, memorable touch

  • Yard games for added entertainment

Please note: The two on-site luxury domes are available as an optional add-on for accommodations or getting-ready spaces and are not included in the base venue rental.
